We are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic Sales Engineer (SE) who is interested in filling a pivotal role that drives sales in this rapidly growing industry. The ideal candidate is excited about engaging with our prospects and customers at all levels of the organization to understand their business objectives and is able to quickly articulate and demonstrate how our solutions will meet these needs. The ideal candidate will also be actively involved with training and assisting our channel partners to sell our solutions.  

You Must Be Able To:

  • Discuss technology and solution positioning to both business and technical users
  • Identify all technical and solution-driven issues of assigned accounts to assure complete customer satisfaction through all stages of the sales process
  • Create and maintain strong relationships throughout the sales cycle and afterwards with clients
  • Be comfortable delivering presentations
  • Respond to RFI/RFPs and be comfortable writing concise responses in addition to responding promptly to email

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Working with sales to uncover business needs, or issues from prospects and customers
  • Gathering information to define requirements and create demonstrations that show how our solutions fits the audience’s needs, leading to successful implementation of our solutions
  • Managing multiple sales opportunities at once
  • Assisting the prospect in navigating regulatory requirements when deploying our solutions
  • Working with product management to ensure sales tools are aligned with key value propositions
  • Creating and maintaining all demo and PoC environments for released and pre-released products
  • Leading the RFP response process, ensuring that responses are compelling and repeatable
  • Assisting in training the channel on how to demonstrate features in the latest releases
  • Acting as a technical resource for channel partners
  • Providing input into the product management process for identify technology opportunities and risks including competition, innovation, market and technology
  • Providing input into marketing on industry trends and customer pain points
  • Demonstrating the product at industry chapter meetings, tradeshows and webinars

What You Need for this Position:

  • 3-5+ years' experience in selling enterprise solutions to customers, preferably in finance and/or insurance markets
  • Ability to understand and convey client business requirements to technical resources
  • Experience with data analytics, AML, KYC, compliance, third-party risk or other similar domains
  • Experience with configuration of software tools and software deployment models
  • Experience with IT security is a plus but not a requirement
  • Understanding of corporate environments and the ability to navigate through different areas in an organization
  • Strong written, verbal and presentation skills
  • Good internal and external social capabilities
  • Ability to manage and exceed clients' expectations during the sales process
  • Organized and analytical, able to eliminate sales obstacles and objections through creative and adaptive approaches
  • Excellent spoken and written English is a must. Additional languages are an advantage.
  • Experience working in both direct and channel environments
  • Openness and aptitude for learning new skills and tools
  • Great teammate attitude and holds themselves accountable for delivering great results
